Yes — Callie includes a 3-day free trial through the App Store. After that it's a single subscription, managed by Apple, cancel anytime.
Do I need to track my period for this to work?
A start date is enough to begin. Callie improves the longer you use it — the more cycle data you log (or sync from Apple Health), the more accurate phase detection and target adjustments become.
What if my cycle is irregular?
Callie handles variable cycle lengths and learns your personal pattern over time. Targets adapt as your cycle does. If you're on hormonal birth control, Callie can switch to a steady-state mode.
How is this different from regular calorie trackers?
